With The Balancer, you will have more variety of diet and exercise will continue to be simple and increase naturally. Your mental strengths will be trained to increase your self-esteemand you learn to create your own recipes. During the preparation week, you'll get a taste of Bodily's training, attend a digital kick-off meeting and get access to all the information you need for the next ten weeks.
