Great job with The Changer! Now it's time for the continuation programme, The Balancer. We believe in sustainable and long-term change. Therefore, your new lifestyle should be stabilised so that it lasts and also works in social contexts.
With The Balancer, you will have more variety of diet and exercise will continue to be simple and increase naturally. Your mental strengths will be trained to increase your self-esteem and you learn to create your own recipes. During the preparation week, you'll get a taste of Bodily's training, attend a digital kick-off meeting and get access to all the information you need for the next ten weeks.

You will need:
- Exercise mat
- Training shoes
- Battle rope
- Various resistance bands (short ones for the legs, long and narrow ones)

- Preparation week starts on October 3rd

Upon registration for the program, you will receive an email with a receipt and a welcome email from us with instructions for the program's start. The program will be accessible to you on the day the preparation week starts. Please update the app and use the same login credentials you have previously used.
