DIET AND EXERCISE PROGRAMS THAT CREATE ENDURANCE, STRENGTH AND BALANCE!

Step 3 for those who have already completed one or more continuation programs and who want a varied workout that takes you to the next level of strength, endurance and balance. You have great freedom of choice and, as with the other programs, are guided by a team of trainers.

The 10-week continuation program helps you reinforce previous results for sustainable change. In this program, which is a combination of all the other programs, you can choose your focus; endurance and/or muscle strength and balance. You get four different HIIT sessions (ropes, rubber bands, weights and endurance). The program therefore takes you to a whole new level of becoming your strongest self.

You get recipes but also learn to create your own. With inspiration, mindfulness and mental training, you will reinforce the sustainability of your new lifestyle.

      Support and encouragement from the coaching team
      You get access to experienced and trained coaches who will do everything they can to see you succeed in reaching your goals.

      Diet plan with recipes
      A unique composition of how, what and when to eat to maximize your metabolism, make you feel more energetic and have an even mood and blood sugar. You create a balance between new and old habits and learn how to create your own diet plan to suit the direction you choose.

      Training program
      Effective training that you can do wherever you want so that the training will be done and become a natural part of your everyday life. We mix different types of strength training and endurance. Every week you are offered four training programs (HIIT sessions); Rope, Rubber Band, Weights and Endurance. Depending on your focus, you need different tools and for that you need battle rope, exercise mat, dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell, rubber band and training shoes.

      Digital community
      You will belong to a digital community with other participants. We believe and know that it is easier and more fun to achieve change with others who want the same thing.

      Lasting results
      You will achieve lasting results if you stick to the plan.

      We have defined the program and thought about the big picture to make it as easy as possible for you to continue your journey towards a healthier, longer and more enjoyable life.

      Here's what you need to get started:

      • Battle Rope
      • Rubber bands, long and short (can be good to have different resistances)
      • Dumbbells 2-10 kg (or adjustable)
      • Barbell about 10-50 kg (for home use)
      • Kettlebell about 4-12 kg
      • Roller
      • Running shoes
      • Bike/Crosstrainer (if you choose)

      Fitness allowance - You can use your wellness allowance to run our programs.
