The Combination

Step 3 for those who have already completed one or more continuation programmes and want a varied workout that takes you to the next level of strength, endurance and balance. You have a lot of freedom of choice and, as in the other programmes, you will be guided by a team of trainers.

The 10-week continuation programme will help you build on previous results for lasting change. In this programme, which is a combination of all the other programmes, you can choose your focus; endurance and/or muscle strength and balance. You will have four different HIIT sessions (rope, rubber band, weights and endurance). The programme therefore takes you to a whole new level of becoming your strongest self.

You'll get recipes but also learn how to create your own. With inspiration, mindfulness and mental training, you will reinforce the sustainability of your new lifestyle.

      Coaching by PT
      You'll have access to experienced and trained coaches who will do everything they can to see you succeed in reaching your goals.

      Diet plan with recipes
      A unique set of how, what and when to eat to maximise your burn, get you more energy and keep your mood and blood sugar steady. You'll create a balance between new and old habits and learn how to create your own diet plan to suit the focus you choose.

      Exercise programme
      Effective exercise that you can do anywhere to make exercise happen and become a natural part of your everyday life. We mix different types of strength and endurance training. Each week you will be offered four training programs (HIIT sessions); Ropes, Rubber Bands, Weights and Endurance. Depending on your focus you will need different equipment and for that you will need battle rope, exercise mat, dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell, rubber band and trainers.

      Digital community
      You will belong to a digital community with other participants. We believe and know that it is easier and more fun to achieve change with others who want the same thing.

      Lasting results
      You will achieve lasting results if you stick to the plan.
