The continuation programme for those who have completed The Changer, which helps you stabilise past results for sustainable change and focuses on strengthening you muscularly and taking you to a new level of becoming your strongest self. We focus on strength training and building more muscle. You'll get recipes but also learn how to create your own. With inspiration and mental training, you will strengthen the sustainability of your new lifestyle. Find out more about what equipment you need under programme information.
During the preparation week you will get to try Bodily's training, attend a digital kick-off meeting and get all the information you need for the next 5 weeks.
The deadline for registration is Friday 4 November.
Once you have purchased the programme, you will receive an email from us with a receipt and a welcome email with instructions on how to start the programme. You will receive an invitation to our app via email on Tuesday 8 November.
