Start: 10 October (preparation week starts on 3 October)
In this 10-week programme, you will undergo a major change. A change in your approach to food and how you exercise. You'll reset your whole metabolism by eating good food in the right quantities, regularly and thus increasing your metabolism. By combining this with regular exercise, you will become much stronger in a short time, have more energy, reduce your body fat and have a steady level of energy throughout the day. You will reach a new level of well-being that is not only visible on the outside but also has a positive mental impact. In the training we use, among other things, Battle ropes. During the preparation week you will get to try Bodily's training, attend a digital kick-off meeting and get all the information you need for the next 10 weeks.
