The Cardio
You completed The Changer! Now you're ready for the advanced program, The Cardio. Stabilize your previous results for sustainable change and focus on taking your running and other forms of endurance to a new level. Train your mental strength to increase self-confidence.
We emphasize various forms of endurance training, especially running. You will receive recipes and also be inspired to create your own. With inspiration from other participants and encouragement from your coaching team, you'll reinforce the sustainability of your new lifestyle while challenging and strengthening your endurance. During the preparation week, you will get to try Bodily's training, participate in a digital kickoff meeting, and access all the information you need for the upcoming ten weeks.

You will need:
- Running shoes
- Battle rope
- Resistance bands, long and short (having different levels of resistance can be useful)
Start in AUGUST:
- Monday, August 28th
- Preparation week starts on August 22nd
- Last registration day: August 20th
Start in OCTOBER:
- Monday, October 9th
- Preparation week starts on October 3rd
- Last registration day: October 1st
Start in NOVEMBER (5 weeks):
- Monday, November 13th
- Preparation week starts on November 7th
- Last registration day: November 5th
Register for the program together at a discounted price, and you will receive a welcome email from us with a receipt and instructions for the program's start. You will also receive a link to a form where you can provide your friend's details. The program will be accessible to you on the day the preparation week starts.
