Join us this summer and gain access to easy workouts and fresh summer food which is easy to prepare. The program is suitable for both you are used to workouts and you who are beginner. Create new healthy habits with friends and family and have a truly strong summer!
Take your workouts with you on vacation! In the Bodily app, you'll have access to all the workouts, recipes, and community. You'll always have it with you, making it easy to follow the program.
- Fresh recipes developed by nutrition advisors.
- Enjoyable and effective training that you can do anywhere.
- Coaches and mentors from Team Bodily who motivate and support you.
- In the Community, you'll meet both coaches and others who have chosen this wonderful program.
- Daily exercises (3 exercises), 5-10 minutes.
- Abs exercises (4-5 exercises every other day), 10-15 minutes.
- Workout sessions (choose 2-5 HIIT sessions per week, 15-30 minutes).
- HIIT sessions: You can choose the number of sessions you do per week, and there are always five HIIT sessions to choose from.
- Bodyweight exercises.
- Battle rope (9m, 38mm, 7-8 kg).
- Resistance bands.
The equipment you need depends on the training sessions you choose to do. If you choose to do all of them, you may need:
- Exercise mat
- Training shoes
- Resistance bands (short and long)
- Battle rope
- Weights (refer to separate image)
However, you can also do the Summer Special program completely equipment-free. The choice is yours.
