Terms of purchase and use

Shipping
Most of our products are always in stock and ship within 2-5 working days.
We only ship within Sweden. Shipping is included in the price unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust shipping prices in connection with any price increases.

Service
Bodily offers five digital diet and exercise programs; The Changer, The Balancer, The Cardio, The Amplifier and The Combination. The programs are carried out via an app and all recommendations in the app are followed at your own risk.

Right of withdrawal
We do not offer any right of withdrawal.
When purchasing our services offered via an app, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, as this agreement is an exception to the right of withdrawal.

When purchasing products, you can complain about theproduct only if the product has been damaged during shipping and the packaging is unbroken. If products sent in packages are not picked up within 14 days at a shipping agentand sent back to us, we will charge thecustomer 350 SEK for shipping costs to and from the agent.

VAT
Swedish VAT of 12% and 25% is included in the price for all customers.

Pricing
All prices on our website are stated in Swedish kronor, SEK, and include value added tax, VAT and other fees. Shipping costs may be added in some cases. No additional fees will be added.

Copyright
La Femme Invest AB owns all copyright to logos, design, images, videos, texts, texts in in-app communication, content, training programs and music on the website and in the app. Our terms and conditions are in accordance with Swedish law.

Force Majeure
La Femme Invest shall in case of Force Majeure be relieved of liability from obligations where the circumstances are due to natural disaster, act of terrorism, sabotage, war, fire, blockade, interruption of electricity or internet service, change of law or similar situations beyond La Femme Invest's control. In the event of Force Majeure, La Femme Invest shall notify the customer as soon as possible.

To shop on our website, you must be 18 years of age or older or have parental consent. When you make a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions. To participate in a program, you must be at least 20 years old.
