Film collage - how we coach your technique
When you film short clips from your HIIT sessions, we can see your technique and guide you if something needs to be adjusted.
It makes training safer, more effective and more personal.
Many participants tell us that the film collages provide motivation on days when it would otherwise have been difficult to get started.
Maxtester & hälsoformulär
I början och slutet av programmet gör du enkla tester för att mäta din utveckling. I Bodily Change gör man dessutom vid fasbyten.
Det hjälper både dig och oss att följa din resa och se vad som fungerar – och vad som behöver justeras.
I Routine blir testerna ett sätt att förstå hur dina rutiner påverkar dig i vardagen.
I Change används de även för att säkerställa att förändringen sker på ett tryggt sätt.
For safe follow-up
We want to follow your development to be able to coach you in the best way and adapt training and/or diet if necessary.
That's why you have the opportunity to upload three pictures every week (front, side, back).
The pictures are private - only our Head Coach sees them.
It can also be a motivational tool for yourself. This is optional and for your peace of mind.
