All programs in Bodily Change follow the same diet plan (BODILY DIET is a pure diet program) and have coaching in the app.
All programs are based on the same basic principles - but differ in training style and intensity.
Choose training focus as needed:
🪢 ROPE - Strength & heart rate with rope/jumping/running.
🤸 BODY WORK - Gentle, without jumping & running. Perfect as a soft start.
⚫ KETTLEBELL - Strength & heart rate with kettlebell.
🔵 KETTLEBELL 2 - Continuation / deepening with kettlebell.
🥗 BODILY DIET - Diet only (no workouts), same diet plan & recipes as others.

📈 Weeks 1-4:
Phase 1 - basic technique, diet start, diet planning.
🥗 Weeks 5-7:
Phase 2 - metabolism increase, progression, better technique, increased weights.
💪 Weeks 8-10:
Phase 3 - higher intensity and heart rate, create sustainability and put the final piece of the puzzle & celebrate.

We recommend that you follow the diet plan strictly during the program for best results. Recipes and menus are designed for satiety, energy and recovery.
Notes. The workouts are designed for home training (mat, rubber band, dumbbells/kettlebell are enough) but also work at the gym.

ROPE: training shoes, mat, battle rope 9 m, 38 mm, 7-8 kg
BODY: training shoes, mat, (battle rope is optional)
KETTLEBELL: two kettlebell - one lighter and one heavier.
Everything is shown in the app with video and instructions.
Choose based on your body and goals: REP (more heart rate), BODY (gentle, beginner-friendly), KETTLEBELL/KETTLEBELL 2 (strength with kettlebell), The Foodie (diet only).

Bodily Routine reinforces routines with flexibility in diet (80/20).
Bodily Change focuses on strict diet and clear change. Programs are chosen according to the training you want.
