Training in BALANCE
The workouts in BALANCE are made to create continuity - not pressure.
The workouts are simple, effective and adaptable for all levels.
You do:
- Daily exercises, 6 days/week (legs/butt, arms/shoulders, abs)
- Abdominal workout every other day - for stability and core strength
- HIIT 2 times/week, with or without ropes
- Option without jumping or running, for those who want an even gentler workout
- Training outside or inside - you choose
The focus is on feeling, developing at your own pace and finding a rhythm that lasts over time.

Once you have signed up
- When you register, you will receive a welcome email with information and dates.
- If you are new to Bodily, you will receive an invitation to the app on the evening of the start of the preparation week.
- If you already have an account, the program will automatically open in the app the same evening as the preparation week starts.
- All information, training, diet and communication takes place in the Bodily app.

Yes, it is ideal for those who want to start slowly and build habits with greater understanding.
The answer is no. BALANCE uses the 80/20 principle of flexibility - less pressure, more sustainability.
HIIT sessions are 20-30 minutes, twice a week. Daily ones take 5-10 minutes. Abdominal, which you do every other day, takes 10-15 minutes. You do some training 6 days per week and always have a rest day.
Yes, it does. The program includes both mental training and tools to create calm and structure.
Yes - it's all adapted for the home, but it also works outdoors. But it also works well in gyms.
