Our Change programs are for those who want to make a fresh start and build new healthy habits.

All Change programs have the same diet plan - you follow it 100% for guaranteed results. What sets the programs apart is the training. Choose the program that suits you best.

REP - Kickstart your journey with heart rate and strength. Train with rope, body, running.

BODY - Soft start for those who want to train gently. Train with body, Power walk, rope is optional.

KETTLEBELL1 & 2 - Build strength and energy with kettlebell. Good to combine with your own fitness training.

BODILY COST - Diet program (without training) with a focus on food. Perfect when you have your own training or can't train right now, but want a clear and good diet plan to follow.
