Summer Special is the program for those who want to feel good, keep going and feel strong during the summer - without having to pause life.
Whether you're spending the summer at home, at the cottage, on the move or between activities, Summer Special helps you keep your routines simple, flexible and inspiring.
With the Bodilyappen, you get training, recipes, coaching and community all in one place - your PT in your pocket all summer long.
SUMMER TRAINING THAT WORKS IN REAL LIFE
The Summer Special training is designed to work during the holidays and in everyday life.
Take the opportunity to exercise at home, outdoors, at the gym, in the garden, on the beach or wherever you are. Many of the sessions are short and effective - easy to achieve even during intense summer days.
You choose how much and what type of exercise you want to do each week.
CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE
The choice is yours:
🔹 number of weeks (2-9 weeks)
🔹 which week you want to start
🔹 which workouts you want to do
🔹 whether you want to train with or without equipment
The program period runs between 15 June and 16 August 2026 (weeks 25-33).
You will have access to the program in the Body App on the Monday of your chosen start week.

TRAINING CONTENT
- Daily exercises
5-10 minutes - Core training
10-15 minutes every other day - HIIT workouts
15-40 minutes
Each week there are several different HIIT workouts to choose from and you decide how many you want to do.
YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN DIFFERENT TYPES OF PASSPORTS

You can run the Summer Special without any equipment - or use the equipment you have available.

You can use the wellness allowance to participate in the Summer Special.
