🔀 COMBO - mix of strength, heart rate & mobility - perfect all-rounder. Train with ropes, rubber bands, weights, running/cycling, body.

Yes - absolutely. The Bodily Routine consists of programs that are suitable for both newcomers and those who want to continue after Bodily Change.
Your goals are in control, but the basis is 80/20: you follow the Bodily diet for about 80% and have room for more freedom for 20%. If you want to be strict (e.g. for healthy weight loss), you follow the diet plan 100%.
Choose by goal & level: BALANCE (balanced whole), WEIGHT (strength), RUN (running + strength), KETTLEBELL 2 (kettlebell), COMBO (all-round).
It depends on program:
▪️ BALANCE: training shoes, mat, battle rope (9 m, 38 mm, 7-8 kg), rubber band
▪️ WEIGHTS: weights, training shoes, mat, battle rope, rubber band
▪️ RUNNING: training shoes, battle rope, rubber band, mat
▪️ KETTLEBELL 2: two kettlebells - one lighter and one heavier, mat
