You are never alone in Bodily
Community that makes a difference
In the community, we share training, food, progress and everyday life - and encourage each other on the road to stronger routines, better health and more energy. You choose how active you want to be, but many people find that the community makes all the difference - and here you always get support when you need it.
Support that makes it more fun to keep going
In the community, participants share their workouts, thoughts, food photos and the week's small victories.
It doesn't take much - a quick comment or a like 💙 - for someone else to get through that tough HIIT or morning walk.
You choose whether you want to post a lot, a little or just peek - but most people say it's unexpectedly uplifting to see others struggling.
"If they can do it, so can I."
A place where everyone wants you to succeed
The tone and culture of Bodily is simple:
- Warm
- supportive
- achievement-free
- no comparison - everyone works towards their own goals
The community is completely private for each group start, and is guided by the Head Coach and a Coach Team, our coaches who have been through the programs themselves and know exactly what the journey feels like. You get pep, answers and safe guidance - and never feel alone in the process.
- Weekly coaching posts - tips, focus areas and reminders
- Peer support - small gestures that make a big difference
- HIIT collage & workout videos in the feed
- Food pictures from the Bodily kitchen - inspiration and recipe ideas
- The answers you need - #ask in the feed when something is unclear
- Sharing from the coaches - experiences, insights and extra support when needed
- A social flow without pressure - you choose the level of activity
- Knowledge about exercise, diet and health
Pep for yourself and others
Many people choose to post short video collages from their HIIT sessions. It's completely voluntary - but appreciated by both you and others:
- You get help with technique
- You hold yourself accountable
- You inspire other participants
- You see your own progress week by week
- You get a pep talk on days when your motivation wanes
It's one of the most motivating parts of the community, especially during tougher sessions.
Favorite recipes, everyday life & small victories
Many people like to post food photos from the Bodilykosten, snacks, evening meals and tips from everyday life.
The posts are often simple - but the effect is great. It becomes easier to:
- get new ideas
- get back into a routine
- feel like you are part of a community
The posts from others mean that many people continue even when they don't feel like it.
The coaches are with you all the way
In every program start, the coaches are active in the community.
They answer questions, guide in the technique and share their own experiences of going the programs and eating the Bodily diet - because they have made the journey themselves.
That means you always have someone who:
- understands your process
- knows how it feels in real life
- can offer reassurance when things are tough
- can help you make adjustments if needed
