A gentle and safe approach for those who want to get started in a sustainable way - without jumping, running or hard loads. You train at home or at the gym, follow Bodily's diet plan in a simple and clear way and gradually build up strength, energy and new habits.
The program is suitable for beginners, those recovering from injury, new mothers, pregnant with adjustment, older people - or just want to start calmly and get results in a safe way.

Training in the BODY WORK
BODY follows the same proven training structure as other Bodily Change programs - but at a slower pace and with more focus on safe building.
You do:
- Daily exercises: legs/butt, arms/shoulders, abs
- Abdominal workout every other day for stability
- 2 HIIT sessions per week - one without ropes, one with
- Power walks instead of running

HIIT sessions are 15-30 minutes, twice a week. Daily ones take 5-10 minutes. Core, which you do every other day, takes 10-15 minutes. You do some training 6 days per week and always have a rest day.
No, all training is built for you to train at home. But if you want to work out at the gym, that works too.
