The program is built for those who want structure, clear rhythm and an effective training flow, but without daily exercises and running.
Here you train with battle rope as a base, follow Bodily's diet plan 100% and build strength, heart rate and torso through a smart and sustainable approach.
ROPE 2 is not harder or easier than ROPE - it's different.

The training in ROPE 2
The workout in ROPE 2 combines heart rate, strength and functional movements - with a focus on repetition and progression. Each week you follow the same basic structure - making it easy to get into the routine and feel the progress.
- HIIT workout (approx. 30 min)
You get a new HIIT workout every week, which you perform three times.
Battle rope is the base, supplemented with strength and pulse-raising exercises. - Abdominal workout every other day (10-15 min)
A new abdominal workout every week, strengthening your core, posture and stability. - Fitness - recommended 1 time per week
No running is included in the sessions, but you will get clear tips in the app on how to add in, for example, walking, jogging or cycling - in a way that suits you. - Progression week by week
- One rest day per week

- When you register, you will receive a welcome email with information and dates.
- If you are new to Bodily, you will receive an invitation to the app on the evening of the start of the preparation week.
- If you already have an account, the program will automatically open in the app the same evening as the preparation week starts.
- All information, training, diet and communication takes place in the Bodily app.
