KICK START YOUR JOURNEY - Bodily ROPE 2
ROPE 2 is a 10-week program for those who want a clear change - but with a different training flow than classic ROPE.
Here you train with battle rope as a base, follow Bodily's diet plan 100% and build strength, heart rate and sustainable energy through a stripped-down but effective approach.
REP 2 belongs to Bodily Change, just like ROPE - the difference is in how the training is structured, not in level or ambition.
This is a program for those who want to:
- train in a focused way, repeating the same workouts throughout the week
- avoid daily exercises but still get the full picture
- build strength, flab and core in a sustainable way
- follow a clear plan - without thinking
Bodily ROPE 2 - this is what you get
- 10 weeks of holistic training - diet, training and coaching in the Bodily app
- Battle rope-focused training with supplementary exercises
- A new HIIT session every week - which you complete 3 times
- Abdominal workout every other day for a strong core and better posture
- Recommended cardio 1 time/week (tips and guidance in the app)
- Diet plan according to Bodily's diet for the best possible effect
- Coaching, pep and community directly in the app
- Everything gathered in the Bodily app
You always have at least one rest day per week, for recovery and long-term progression.
The workout in ROPE 2
REP 2 is built for rhythm, repetition and results.
Every week you follow the same structure:

HIIT sessions (3 times/week)
One and the same workout during the week. Battle rope is the base for 9 out of 10 weeks, supplemented with strength and heart rate exercises.
One of the weekly sessions is completely without equipment - just body weight. -
Abdominal workout (every other day)
An abdominal workout repeated throughout the week to build stability, strength and control. -
Fitness (recommended 1 g/week)
No running is included in the sessions, but you get clear tips in the app on how to incorporate walking, jogging or cycling - your way.
This approach makes it easy to plan, easy to follow and clear to progress in.
REP or ROPE 2 - what's the difference?
Both programs are part of Bodily Change and provide the same overall approach to diet, exercise and coaching. The difference is in the structure.
ROPE

- No daily exercises
- One HIIT session done three times per week
- Abdominal workout every other day
- No running in the sessions
- More repetition and clear rhythm
None of the programs are harder or easier - they're just different. Choose the program that best suits you and your daily routine.
Choose SINGLE or DUO
SINGLE - for those who do the program alone.
DUO - for two people who want to take the same program together, for example a partner, friend or colleague.
You buy two places in one purchase and start at the same time.
Write the name and e-mail address of your DUO in the note field at the time of purchase and fill in your DUO's details via the link in the welcome e-mail.
Together, it will be both more fun and easier to hold.
