Get stronger from the ground up
Strength classes focus on functional strength in both the upper and lower body. You'll get exercises that strengthen the whole body and provide a solid base for all other training.
The programs vary between:
- Own body weight
- Rope
- Rubber band
- Kettlebell
- Weights
- Running
- Home workout or gym
You don't need advanced equipment - just the desire to exercise.
You will receive a clear training plan each week.
The approach varies between programs, but the basics are:
- Daily short sessions - 10 minutes
- Core/stomach every other day - 15 minutes
- 2-4 HIIT sessions per week - 30 minutes
- Mobility and recovery
- Customization for those who need it
- Extra sessions for those who want more
All sessions can be adapted to your level. The most important thing is that you do what works - because it gets results.
Daily exercises - your short exercise routine that makes a big difference
Daily is three short exercises you do six days a week: one for arms, one for legs/butt and one for abs or full body. Each week you'll get new exercises to keep your workout motivating and your body developing.
You get routines that:
- Builds full body strength
- Take just 8-12 minutes
- Are easy to do at home or at work
- Have a noticeable effect over time
It's often these short, daily workouts that make the biggest difference in everyday life.
Core - stronger core, better posture
All programs include abdominal workouts every other day. These are short, effective workouts that strengthen your back, stomach and entire core.
You get exercises that:
- Reduce strain on your back, neck and hips
- Improve posture
- Make you stronger in all other exercises
It is often this habit that participants appreciate the most.
HIIT - effective training that maximizes progress
Our HIIT sessions are designed to deliver a high impact in a short time. You train with your own body weight or with simpler equipment such as ropes, kettlebells or dumbbells depending on which program you choose.
The structure of the sessions means that you:

- Increase your fitness level
- Burn energy efficiently
- Get more energy in everyday life
All exercises are shown in video - step by step with instructions.
Prepare for exercise
Mobility sessions make a big difference to recovery, energy and how your body feels day to day.
