The training in ROPE
The workout combines heart rate, strength and functional movements. Each week you follow the same basic structure - making it easy to get into the routine and feel the progress.

- When you register, you will receive a welcome email with information and dates.
- If you are new to Bodily, you will receive an invitation to the app on the evening of the start of the preparation week.
- If you already have an account, the program will automatically open in the app the same evening as the preparation week starts.
- All information, training, diet and communication takes place in the Bodily app.

Yes, you can. You follow all the sessions at your own pace and adapt the intensity to your level.
Yes, in REP you fully follow the diet plan to get the best effect and reach guaranteed results during the 10 weeks of the program.
HIIT sessions are 20-30 minutes, twice a week. Daily ones take 5-10 minutes. Abdominal, which you do every other day, takes 10-15 minutes. You do some training 6 days per week and always have a rest day.
No, all training is built for you to train at home. If you want to work out at the gym, that works too.
ROPE and ROPE 2 are both part of Bodily Change and provide the same overall approach to diet, exercise and coaching. The difference lies in how the training is organized.
In ROPE you have:
