KETTLEBELL 2 is the program for those who have already trained kettlebells (with us or on their own) and want to continue to develop in strength, technique and endurance.
The program is available in two versions:
Bodily Change - you follow the diet plan 100% for 10 weeks
Bodily Routine - you train just as effectively but have a flexible diet plan (e.g. 80/20 or 100%)
Either version will give you clear progression, technical challenges and workouts that really strengthen both your body and your fitness.

KETTLEBELL 2 builds on the structure of KETTLEBELL - but increases both the pace and complexity.

Once you have signed up
- When you register, you will receive a welcome email with information and dates.
- If you are new to Bodily, you will receive an invitation to the app on the evening of the start of the preparation week.
- If you already have an account, the program will automatically open in the app the same evening as the preparation week starts.
- All information, training, diet and communication takes place in the Bodily app.

No, but it's good if you have experience with kettlebell training before. If you don't, we recommend that you run the KETTLEBELL program first.

HIIT kettlebell sessions take 15-30 minutes. Abdominal workouts 15-20 minutes. You train 6 days per week.
Yes, we recommend a lighter and a heavier kettlebell.
