KETTLEBELL 2 is the program for those who have already trained kettlebells (with us or on their own) and want to continue to develop in strength, technique and endurance.

The program is available in two versions:
Bodily Change
- you follow the diet plan 100% for 10 weeks
Bodily Routine
- you train just as effectively but have a flexible diet plan (e.g. 80/20 or 100%)

Either version will give you clear progression, technical challenges and workouts that really strengthen both your body and your fitness.
