The Summer Special is designed to help you keep going, feel good, and maintain great routines during the summer - without life having to stop.
The Bodily App gives you access to workouts, recipes, coaching and community all in one place. The program works whether you are at home, traveling, at the summer cottage or want to exercise outdoors in the summer heat.
Every week, new training content opens in the app and you choose how much and what type of training you want to do.

You will have access to the program on the Monday of your chosen start week.
Each week of the Summer Special includes:
Daily exercises
- 3 exercises per day
- 5-10 minutes
Short and effective exercises to help you keep your whole body engaged and create continuity in your training.
Abdominal training
- 4-5 exercises every other day
- 10-15 minutes
Focus on core strength, stability and posture.
HIIT workouts
- 15-40 minutes
- Each week there are five different HIIT sessions to choose from and you decide how many sessions you want to do (read more below).
The workouts are varied and flexible to work throughout the summer.
The body as resistance
Effective training where you use your own body as a tool.
Battle rope
Cardio and strength training with a training rope.
Rubber band
Flexible and effective strength training that works almost everywhere.
Running
Running sessions for those who want to combine strength and fitness during the summer.
Strength training with weights
Classes for those who want to train with dumbbells, kettlebells or other equipment.
Summer Special is made for real life and works just as well:

EXERCISE, ENERGY AND GREAT SUMMER ROUTINES
Summer Special helps you keep fit and healthy during the summer - in a sustainable, flexible and inspiring way.
Small workouts, good food, coaching and community can make a big difference to both energy and well-being.
Once you have signed up
- When you register, you will receive a welcome email with information and dates.
- If you are new to Bodily, you will receive an invitation to the app on the evening of the start of the preparation week.
- If you already have an account, the program will automatically open in the app the same evening as the preparation week starts.
- All information, training, diet and communication takes place in the Bodily app.
Make the most of your benefit
You can use your wellness allowance to buy the programs in Bodily. Give the receipt to your employer.

No, it isn't. Summer Special is suitable for both beginners and regular exercisers. You choose how many sessions you want to do and adapt the training to your level and conditions.
You choose between 2 and 9 weeks. The program period runs between 15 June and 16 August 2026.
Yes, you can. You choose which week you want to start within the program period. You will have access to the program on the Monday of your chosen start week.
Yes, you can. The Summer Special is designed to work wherever you are. You can train at home, on vacation, at the cottage, at the campsite or abroad.
You decide for yourself. The daily exercises take about 5-10 minutes and the abdominal workout about 10-15 minutes. HIIT sessions vary between 15 and 40 minutes. You choose how many HIIT sessions you want to do each week.
No, you can't. You can do the Summer Special without any equipment.
If you want to be able to choose between all forms of exercise, it may be useful to have access to rubber bands, battle ropes, running shoes or weights, for example, but this is entirely optional.
You'll have access to Bodily's recipe bank of fresh, easy-to-prepare recipes for meals and snacks that are perfect for summer.
No, it doesn't. The Summer Special contains recipes and inspiration, but not a strict diet plan. The idea is to create flexibility and give you tools to eat well even during the summer.
Yes, they are. Team Bodily is present throughout the program period and helps with motivation, inspiration and support in the community.
Yes. Summer Special is approved for a wellness allowance and Bodily is connected to ePassi.
Once you've signed up, you'll receive a welcome email and an invitation to the Bodily App. There you will find all the training, recipes, coaching and community in one place.
If you are already using the Bodily app, log in as usual. The Summer Special will be automatically added to your account when the program starts.
Once your selected period is over, access to the Summer Special in the app will disappear.
However, you will retain access to the Club Bodily community where you can continue to be inspired, connect with other participants and enjoy content from Team Bodily.
Of course, we hope you want to continue your journey with us. Many participants choose to extend their period during the Summer Special or continue with one of Bodily's upcoming program launches in the fall.
