Training in COMBO
The training in KOMBO is based on variation to make you strong, enduring and versatile. Each week you get 4-5 sessions with different focus:
You do:
- Daily exercises, 6 days/week (legs/butt, arms/shoulders, abs)
- Abs workout every other day
- HIIT workouts - high heart rate, energy & functional intensity
- Fitness - running, cycling or cross trainer
- Rope & rubber bands - power, stability & control
- Bodyweight - balance, technique & function
You choose and combine the different sessions yourself. The workouts are easy to follow, clearly structured and can be done from home or at the gym - you choose.

Training equipment
The equipment you need depends on the workouts you choose to do. To be able to do all the workouts, you need the equipment listed below. Adapt weights to your own strength

- Battle rope 9 m, 38 mm (approx. 7-8.5 kg)
Once you have signed up
- When you register, you will receive a welcome email with information and dates.
- If you are new to Bodily, you will receive an invitation to the app on the evening of the start of the preparation week.
- If you already have an account, the program will automatically open in the app the same evening as the preparation week starts.
- All information, training, diet and communication takes place in the Bodily app.

FAQ
You can adapt the sessions to your level - the program works for both experienced and beginners.
Each week you will have 4-5 different HIIT sessions to choose from. You can combine some sessions. So the number of sessions depends on your choice of workouts.
In addition to them, you will get daily exercises and abdominal workouts every week.
HIIT sessions are 20-40 minutes. Daily ones take 10 minutes. Abdominal, which you do every other day, takes 10-15 minutes.
You do some exercise 6 days per week and always have a rest day.
Yes, the program is built for flexibility.

You can be flexible but we recommend that you follow Bodily's 80/20 diet, but you can eat more strictly if you wish. Let your goals guide you.
