BALANCE (formerly The Balancer), part of Bodily Routine, is the program for you if you want to bring order to what may have previously felt chaotic. We’re talking long-term, sustainable change – and we know it’s not about being perfect, but about finding a balance that works for you.

BALANCE helps you find balance with training and nutrition that makes you feel good. Here you get great variety in food, and the training is simple. This is where you truly train your mental strength – it’s about boosting your self-esteem and giving yourself the power to create your own path. You’ll learn how to create your own recipes – both on your plate and in your life.

You’ll embark on a journey towards feeling good, balancing your habits, and becoming stronger. It’s about finding a flow that allows you to carry this into your life and social situations without losing energy or feeling like you’re falling back.

Get ready to challenge yourself – this is where you build the stability that will last a lifetime.

During the preparation week, you’ll get to try Bodily’s training, join a digital kickoff meeting, and receive all the information you need for the upcoming weeks.

You’ll get:

You’ll need:

  • Exercise mat
  • Training shoes
  • Battle Rope
  • Various resistance bands (short for legs, long narrow)

Start NOVEMBER 2025 (5 weeks):

  • Monday November 10
  • Preparation week starts November 4
  • Last registration day November 2
  • Finish line December 14

Register now and you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions and a confirmation email with your booking. Your invitation to our app will be sent in a separate email on the evening the preparation week begins. If you’ve done a Bodily program before, simply log in as usual and your new program will be available on the first evening of the preparation week.
