Our three programs in stage 2 have different orientations; balance in everyday life, muscle strength and endurance. In all three programs you get a diet and training plan, which is adapted to your goals. You get daily training, abs, 2-3 training sessions per week. You continue to get stronger and gain balance in everyday life.
