In BALANCE (formerly The Balancer), part of Bodily Routine, you’ll get great variety in both nutrition and training. The workouts are simple but gradually increase in intensity to suit you both. The mental training focuses on strengthening your self-esteem and giving you the power to build a life that works long term – both individually and together. You’ll also learn to create your own recipes – not just on your plate but also in life.
This journey is about continuing to balance your habits and building a stable foundation that you can maintain even when life gets hectic. It’s about creating stability, so that the changes you’ve made become sustainable without feeling like a burden – instead, they become part of your lifestyle.
Training is more fun together! Whether it’s with your partner, friend, or someone else in the household, it’s always more enjoyable to give and receive encouragement on the path to a new, healthy habit.

During the preparation week, you’ll get to try Bodily’s training, join a digital kickoff meeting, and gain access to all the information you need for the coming ten weeks.

Sign up together and take advantage of our couple’s price! When you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions and a confirmation email for your booking. In the welcome email, you’ll also find a link to a form where you fill in your partner’s details, so we have all the information we need. Your app invitation will be sent in a separate email on the evening the preparation week begins. If you’ve done a Bodily program before, simply log in as usual and your new program will be available on the first evening of the preparation week.
We’ll guide you every step of the way. From the first week to the last – you’ll feel more energized, stronger, and ready to take the next step in your journey.
