Are you a beginner or an experienced runner? Do you want to prepare to run a race? Then RUNNING (formerly The Cardio, part of Bodily Routine) is the right choice for you! You will build endurance, strength, and speed in your running. If you’re already an experienced runner, we’ll take your stamina and running to new heights.
RUNNING is for those who want to learn to love running and improve their strength, endurance, and running speed, while also strengthening their mental abilities.
During the program, we will focus on endurance training in different forms, with running as the main focus. By challenging your body with various workouts, you won’t just become a faster and stronger runner – you’ll also build mental endurance that boosts your confidence both on and off the track.
The program gives you the tools to optimize your running, while also providing recipes and tips to create a sustainable diet that boosts your results. With motivation from your coach team and inspiration from other participants, you’ll strengthen your physical endurance and achieve lasting results for the future.
This is not just about running – it’s about challenging and strengthening your endurance on all levels, while building a lifestyle that works long term.
During the preparation week, you’ll get to try Bodily’s training, join a digital kickoff meeting, and gain access to all the information you need for the coming weeks.

- Running – running shoes
- Battle rope
- Resistance bands, long and short (helpful to have different resistance levels)

Register now and you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions and a confirmation email with your booking. Your invitation to our app will be sent in a separate email on the evening the preparation week starts. If you’ve done a Bodily program before, simply log in as usual, and your new program will appear on the first evening of the preparation week.
