In VIKTER (formerly The Amplifier), part of Bodily Routine, you’ll get focused strength training that truly lets you feel your body change. You’ll receive tools to create your own training programs and tips on how to adapt your nutrition to optimize your results. It’s not just about building muscles – it’s also about boosting your self-esteem and developing a stronger version of yourself.

With support from your coach team and inspiration from other participants, you’ll feel how your new lifestyle becomes both sustainable and stronger. Together, you’ll build both physical and mental strength, helping you get through each day with more energy and power.

Training is more fun together! Whether it’s with your partner, a friend, or someone else in your household, it’s always more enjoyable to give and receive encouragement along the way to a new, healthy habit.

Are you ready to take your training and strength to new heights together? VIKTER is here to help you stabilize and strengthen the results you’ve already achieved, while building even more muscle strength – both physically and mentally.

Training together strengthens you not only physically but also as partners. You’ll support and encourage each other throughout the entire journey toward becoming the strongest versions of yourselves.

During the preparation week, you’ll get to try Bodily’s training, join a digital kickoff meeting, and gain access to all the information you need for the coming ten weeks.

You’ll get:

You’ll need:

  • Battle rope (9 m, 38 mm, 7–8.5 kg)
  • Exercise mat
  • Dumbbells (2–10 kg, or adjustable)
  • Kettlebell (4–12 kg)
  • Barbell (10–15 kg, for home use)
  • Resistance bands (short for thighs, long narrow with different resistance levels)
  • Foam roller (optional)
  • Training shoes

Sign up together and take advantage of our couple’s price!
When you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions and a confirmation email with your booking. In the welcome email, you’ll also find a link to a form where you fill in your partner’s details, so we have all the information we need. Your app invitation will be sent in a separate email on the evening the preparation week begins. If you’ve done a Bodily program before, simply log in as usual and your new program will appear in the app on the first evening of the preparation week.

We’ll guide you every step of the way. From the first week to the last – you’ll feel more energized, stronger, and ready to take the next step in your journey.
