The follow-up programme (step 2) for those who have completed The Changer, which helps you stabilise past results for sustainable change and focuses on strengthening you muscularly and taking you to a new level of becoming your strongest self. We focus on strength training and building more muscle. It is possible to train at home or at the gym. You will get recipes but also learn how to create your own. With inspiration, mindfulness and mental training, you will reinforce the sustainability of your new lifestyle.

      Coaching by PT
      You'll have access to experienced and trained coaches who will do everything they can to see you succeed in reaching your goals.

      Diet plan with recipes
      A unique set of how, what and when to eat to maximise your burn, get you more energy and keep your mood and blood sugar steady. You'll create a balance between new and old habits and learn how to create your own muscle-building diet plan.

      Exercise programme
      Effective exercise that you can do anywhere to make exercise a natural part of your everyday life. We mix different types of strength training and for this you will need a battle rope, exercise mat, dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell, rubber band and trainers.

      Digital community
      You will belong to a digital community with other participants. We believe and know that it is easier and more fun to achieve change with others who want the same thing.

      Lasting results
      You will achieve lasting results if you stick to the plan.
