The continuation program(step 2) for graduates of The Changer, which helps you stabilize previous results for sustainable change and focuses on strengthening your muscles and taking you to a new level of becoming your strongest self. We focus on strength training and building more muscle. You can work out at home or at the gym. You get recipes but also learn how to create your own. With inspiration, mindfulness and mental training, you will strengthen the sustainability of your new lifestyle.

You will need:
- Battle rope (9 m, 38 mm, 7-8.5 kg)
- Exercise mat
- Dumbbells (2-10 kg, or adjustable)
- Kettlebell (4-12 kg)
- Barbell (10-15 kg, for home use)
- Rubber bands (short ones to put on your thighs, long narrow ones with different resistance)
- Roller (optional)
- Training shoes

A unique composition of how, what and when to eat to maximize your metabolism, make you feel more energetic and have an even mood and blood sugar. You create a balance between new and old habits and learn how to create your own diet plan suitable for muscle building.
Effective training that you can do wherever you want so that the training is done and becomes a natural part of your everyday life. We mix different types of strength training and for that you need battle rope, exercise mat, dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell, rubber band and training shoes.
You will belong to a digital community with other participants. We believe and know that it is easier and more fun to achieve change with others who want the same thing.
