Have you already completed The Changer and one of our follow-up programs? Well trained! Step three, The Combination, is waiting for you. Here you get a varied workout that develops strength, endurance and balance. Your mental strengths will be trained to increase your self-esteem.. You have a lot of freedom of choice and, as with the other programs, are guided by a team of coaches and mentors.
The 10-week continuation program is a combination of all the other programs and reinforces your previous results.
Choose your focus; endurance and/or muscle strength. Then begin the journey to a new level of your strongest self.
You will receive recipes and also learn how to create your own. With inspiration, mindfulness and mental training, you will reinforce the sustainability of your new lifestyle. Read more about what equipment you need in the program information.
During the preparation week, you will try Bodily's training, participate in a digital start-up meeting and have access to all the information you need for the next ten weeks.
