Have you already completed 10 weeks of KETTLEBELL (formerly The Stronger) and now want new challenges? Then this is the perfect program for you! But you can also start directly with this program.
You choose whether you want to make a change in Bodily Change or if you prefer to improve your habits without changing your lifestyle and have more flexibility with nutrition in Bodily Routine.
KETTLEBELL 2, which runs for 10 weeks, is the program for you if you want to build strength, increase your energy, and reshape your body.
By combining kettlebell training with Bodily’s nutritious meals, you’ll get the right fuel to build muscle, burn fat, and maintain energy throughout the day. It’s a powerful mix of functional strength training and nutrition that delivers results both short and long term.
During the preparation week, you’ll try the training, join a digital kickoff meeting, and receive all the information you need for the upcoming 10 weeks.

Your invitation to our app will be sent in a separate email on the evening the preparation week starts. If you’ve done a Bodily program before, simply log in as usual and on the first evening of the preparation week you’ll have access to your new program.
