We focus on different forms of endurance training, running strength and speed. At the same time, we make sure you continue to get stronger throughout your body with rope exercises, strength exercises and rubber band exercises. You will be given recipes but also learn to create your own. With inspiration, mindfulness and mental training, you will strengthen the sustainability of your new lifestyle.
