The follow-up program (step 2) for those who have completed The Changer makes you a stronger runner. You stabilize your previous results, train your core, endurance, running strength and speed. The diet is adapted to the training and to your goals.

We focus on different forms of endurance training, running strength and speed. At the same time, we make sure you continue to get stronger throughout your body with the help of rope exercises, strength exercises and exercises with rubber bands. You'll get recipes but also learn how to create your own. With inspiration, mindfulness and mental training, you'll reinforce the sustainability of your new lifestyle.

You'll have access to experienced and trained coaches who will do everything they can to see you succeed in reaching your goals.

Diet plan with recipes

A unique set of how, what and when to eat to maximize your burn, get you more energy and keep your mood and blood sugar steady. You'll balance new and old habits and learn how to create your own diet plan suitable for endurance training.

Exercise Program

Effective exercise that you can do anywhere to make exercise a natural part of your everyday life. We mix different forms of endurance training and you will need a good pair of trainers, battle rope, exercise mat and rubber band.

Digital community
