KOMBO (formerly The Combo) is part of Bodily Routine and offers varied training that combines everything you’ve learned so far – ropes, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, weights, and endurance. Here you get the opportunity to develop your strength, stamina, and balance on a new level.
KOMBO is for those who want the best of all training worlds and truly challenge both body and mind. During the program, you will carry forward all your progress and reinforce it, while having the freedom to choose focus areas – whether you want to work more on endurance or muscular strength.
In this program, you don’t just get workouts and recipes to optimize your results – you also get the tools to build a sustainable diet that supports your goals. With the help of our coaches, who provide both inspiration and motivation, and by using mental training, you will build a lifestyle you can stick to.

Whether you want to improve endurance, build muscle, or find better balance in your training, this program gives you all the tools to reach the next level.

During the preparation week, you’ll get to try Bodily’s training, take part in a digital kickoff meeting, and gain access to all the information you need for the coming weeks.
You’ll get:
- Support and motivation from the coach team in our digital Community
- Meal plan with simple recipes so you feel good and eat right
- Training program – ropes, bands, body, endurance, strength training
- Mental training – simple exercises to strengthen your self-confidence
- Access to our app for iOS and Android
You’ll need:
- Battle Rope
- Resistance bands, long and short (it’s useful to have different resistance levels)
- Dumbbells 2–10 kg (or adjustable)
- Barbell approx. 10–50 kg (for home use)
- Kettlebell approx. 4–12 kg
- Foam roller
- Running shoes
- Bike/Crosstrainer (if you choose)

- Monday November 10
- Preparation week starts November 4
- Last registration day November 2
- You finish on December 14

Your invitation to our app will be sent in a separate email on the evening the preparation week begins. If you’ve done a Bodily program before, just log in as usual and your new program will be available on the first evening of the preparation week.
