Are you ready for the next challenge after The Changer? It's time for the advanced program, The Balancer. We believe in sustainable and long-term change. Therefore, your and your friend's new lifestyle will be stabilized to endure and function in social situations.
With The Balancer, you'll have greater variety in diet, and the training will continue to be straightforward and naturally progress. You'll train your mental strength to increase self-confidence and learn to create your own recipes. Your journey towards well-being, balancing your habits, and becoming even stronger is not over yet. During the preparation week, you'll get to try out Bodily's training, participate in a digital kickoff meeting, and access all the information you need for the upcoming ten weeks.
