Are you preparing for a trekking or alpine adventure?
Adventure Prep is our 10-week preparation programme for those who want to be physically ready for trekking, alpine hiking and other demanding mountain experiences.
The programme is created by Karin Franzén Bohman – with over 40 years of coaching experience and personal experience from trekking and climbing in the Alps – in collaboration with Adventure Base.
You train with structure, follow Bodily’s nutrition plan, and build a strong, resilient body that will carry you all the way.

Bodily is a digital fitness and nutrition program that you follow week by week in the app.
Yes. Some programs can be done completely without equipment. Others use simple equipment that works well for home training.
Most programs are 10 weeks. However, some programs run between 5 and 12 weeks. In the summer program, for example, you can choose between 2 and 12 weeks.
It depends on your goal and which program category you choose.
Bodily Change: A stricter nutrition structure designed to support a clear lifestyle transformation.
Bodily Routine: You receive a nutrition plan that you can follow fully or adapt more flexibly to your lifestyle.
