PREPARE FOR YOUR ADVENTURE – Bodily Adventure Prep

Adventure Prep is a 10-week preparation programme for you who are heading out on a trekking expedition, an alpine adventure or a similarly demanding physical challenge.

Developed in collaboration with Adventure Base, the programme helps you build a strong, stable and enduring body – so you can get more out of your adventure, even when the days are long and fatigue sets in.

You train smart, follow Bodily’s structured nutrition plan, and receive clear guidance throughout – directly in the Bodily app.


Bodily Adventure Prep – What You Get

  • 10-week structured programme – training, nutrition and coaching in the Bodily app

  • Training specifically adapted for trekking and alpine adventures – strength, stability, mobility and endurance

  • Clear nutrition guidelines with recipes that support energy, recovery and load tolerance

  • Step-by-step instructions and videos showing exactly how to perform each workout and exercise

  • Coaching support and a community of participants preparing for similar adventures

The programme suits both experienced trainees and those who want to build strength step by step ahead of their adventure.


The Training in Adventure Prep

The training is varied, functional and progressive – designed to prepare you for long days in uneven terrain.

Each week includes:

  • Daily exercises – 3 short exercises (approx. 5 minutes), 6 days per week

  • Core training – every other day, approx. 10 minutes

  • HIIT workouts – 2–3 sessions per week for strength, cardiovascular capacity and conditioning

The structure repeats week by week with gradually increasing load, allowing your body time to adapt.
You train smart – not just hard.


Endurance – Choose What Suits You

For cardiovascular training, you choose the option that fits best into your everyday life, such as:

  • Running

  • Cycling

  • Cross-trainer

  • Cross-country skiing

  • Power walking

The goal is to build endurance capacity that translates to off-road terrain and sustained load over time.


Nutrition That Supports Your Adventure

Nutrition is a crucial part of your preparation.

In Adventure Prep you receive:

  • Recipes divided into meals and snacks

  • Clear guidelines on how to substitute ingredients

  • Nutrient-dense, satisfying and sustainable food

The recipes are developed together with a registered dietitian and the Bodily team, with a clear focus: giving your body what it needs – both during the training period and in preparation for your adventure.


Coaching & Community – We Do This Together

Even though you train independently, you are never alone.

In the Bodily community you meet:

  • Other participants preparing for similar adventures

  • Experienced coaches who follow the group throughout the programme

  • The opportunity to share training, experiences and encouragement

Coaching is always human – we do not use AI for training, nutrition or coaching.

Choose SINGEL or DUO

SINGEL – for you who are joining the programme on your own.

DUO – for two people completing the same programme together (partner, friend or colleague).
You purchase two places in one order. Please enter the name and email address of your DUO partner in the notes field.

You start at the same time, follow the plan together and support each other throughout the programme. You choose your own DUO partner.
