KETTLEBELL 2 (formerly The Stronger 2) is the continuation program for those who have already trained with kettlebells and want to take strength, technique and endurance to a new level. You can choose whether you want to follow Bodily's diet plan 100% within Bodily Change - or if you want to eat more flexibly according to Bodily Routine (80/20).

The workout in KETTLEBELL 2
KETTLEBELL 2 continues with the same clear structure as KETTLEBELL - but with more speed, more challenge and more technical elements.
- A new challenging kettlebell session every week - which you do 3 times
- Focus on technically more difficult movements, longer sets and progressive combinations
- Abs training every other day for stability and better lifting
- Warm-up and mobility included - for technique, control and injury-free training
This is the program for those who want to feel stronger, faster and more explosive - week by week.

- If you've done KETTLEBELL and want to keep progressing
- If you already train kettlebells and want structured progression
- If you want to combine strength and flexibility in a smart and effective way
- If you want more variety and more challenging sessions
Choose SINGLE or DUO
SINGLE - for those who do the program alone.
DUO - package for two people doing the same program together, e.g. partner, friend or colleague. You buy two places in one purchase. Write the name and email address of your DUO in the notes field.
You start at the same time, follow the plan together and cheer each other on throughout the program. You choose who your DUO is.
