The workout in RUNNING

In RUNNING you follow a program that gradually builds both fitness and muscle strength:

  • Endurance sessions - slower distances that build the base
  • Interval/tempo sessions - for increased speed and better running technique
  • Strength sessions - with rubber band/battle rope for stronger legs, core and posture
  • Daily routines for mobility and running strength

The set-up gives you variety, development and a safe way to become a better runner - without wearing you out.

Choose SINGLE or DUO

SINGLE - for those who do the program alone.
DUO - package for two people doing the same program together, e.g. partner, friend or colleague. You buy two places in one purchase. Write the name and email address of your DUO in the notes field.

You start at the same time, follow the plan together and cheer each other on throughout the program. You choose who your DUO is.
