WEIGHTS 2 is a strength program within Bodily Routine for those who want to build muscle, get stronger and get a clear structure in your training - without rope training. Here you train only with weights and rubber bands and follow Bodily's flexible 80/20 diet for energy, balance and sustainable results.

The workout in WEIGHTS 2
In WEIGHTS 2, the workout is divided into two distinct parts each week: abdominal training and HIIT sessions. All training is done with weights and rubber bands.

Ab workout - a new ab workout every week
- Performed every other day
- Time required approx. 15 minutes per session

HIIT sessions - 3 sessions per week
- Strength-based HIIT with weights and sometimes rubber bands
The approach provides strength, flexibility and stability and is easy to adapt to your level. You can train at home or at the gym - the choice is yours.
What is the difference between WEIGHTS and WEIGHTS 2?
Both WEIGHTS and WEIGHTS 2 are Bodily strength programs, but with different training structures.
- WEIGHTS is suitable for those who want a classic strength program with daily exercises, clear progression and varied strength training with weights, rubber bands and battle rope.
- WEIGHTS 2 is suitable for those who want an even clearer and more stripped-down approach with abdominal training every other day and a strength-based HIIT session you do three times a week - completely without rope training.
In WEIGHTS 2 you train only with weights and rubber bands, and all sessions are easy to plan into everyday life. Both programs follow Bodily's flexible 80/20 diet within the Bodily Routine.
Choose SINGLE or DUO
SINGLE - for those who do the program alone.
DUO - for two people attending the same program together, e.g. partner, friend or colleague. You buy two places in one purchase. Write the name and email address of your DUO in the notes field.
You start at the same time, follow the plan together and cheer each other on throughout the program.
