We know that a gym card can get dusty and that everyday life gets in the way. Our workouts can be done at home with little or no equipment. During a 10-week program, you pay as little as SEK 24.50 per session PLUS you have coaching and a diet plan for the entire period.

Our different programs in Bodily Change

In all four programs, you get fun and effective training that starts at an easier level so that everyone can participate. Gradually, we up the ante, breaking old habits and creating new ones. With good food, professional coaching and encouraging mentors, you will feel strong, find joy in exercise and be full of energy.

BODY
With gentler training without jumping and running. Choose with or without ropes. Power walk.

ROPE
Exercise that creates pulse and strength with rope, jumps and running.

KETTLEBELL 1 and 2
We train strength and pulse with kettlebell. Perfect combination with your own cardio training.
