BODILY ROUTINE are our programs for everyday balance, strength and endurance - with daily training, mental strength, recipes and coaching.
You follow the Bodily diet more flexibly (about 80/20) and choose the program that suits you best: BALANCE, WEIGHTS, RUN, KETTLEBELL 2 or COMBO. All give you structure with daily movement, abs and 2-3 workouts per week - but with different focus.
Perfect for those who want to continue to develop after Bodily Change or start directly with a more flexible approach.
Balance your health
BALANCE gives you more freedom in your diet, simple workouts and a focus on well-being in everyday life. You work on your habits, learn to create your own recipes and train both your body and your mental strength.
